Can you represent me as an actor?
This simple answer is no. Our job is to liaise with agents to cast actors for the production companies, directors and producers we work for, however we do not represent actors. Also, if you are on the hunt for an agent consider Career Supercharge to learn a great process to find the agent that is right for you.
Can I send you my headshot, showreel and CV?
Yes please. Email to [email protected]
Is it essential to be on Showcast and Casting Networks?
Absolutely. We use these systems everyday to communicate with agents and with our clients. We use it for organising auditions and viewing your submissions in one convenient place. If you aren’t on there you most likely will be overlooked as it makes our job many times harder trying to present you.
It is also extremely important to be on any databases your agent has asked you to be on. They won’t be able to help if you don’t.
Actors are at a disadvantage if you do not have a presence on these sites or if your profile is not up-to-date and well populated with photos and your work. Think of these sites as your professional resume and please make sure you have an acting showreel or a few self-tapes on there so we can see you in action. If you need more material for your reel you may want to consider Peter's incredibly popular course Self-Tape Your Showreel.
If you're not a member you can sign up here: Showcast / Casting Networks.
Can I check the progress of my audition submission?
Due to the high volume of submissions we receive we do not have the capacity to respond to unsuccessful auditions. We encourage you to sign up for our email list Here to make sure you're the first to hear our news.
Make sure you are following us on Facebook and Instagram for future casting calls. If you are looking for feedback on your work from a Casting Director we highly recommend one of our courses.
How do I record a self-test?
All of our audition briefs include specific instructions attached so please read them carefully. Different casting directors will have different instructions so please do take the time to read. And of course - read the script!
If you are looking to hone your self test technique please look into our current courses. I highly recommend Self-Tape Mastery and Self-Tape Your Showreel for actors looking to hone their self-test and audition skills.

What is a slate?
A ‘slate’, ‘ident’ ‘ID’ or ‘chat to camera’ is a short video at the end of your self-tape where you detail your: name, height, age (if under 18), location, show side profiles and a long shot.
