Casual Admin & Content Assistant

We’re seeking a Casual Admin & Content Assistant to support the studio behind the scenes.

This role is currently primarily focused on editing short-form video content (Instagram Reels) from our content, with additional tasks including administration.

This would suit an applicant who:

  • Is confident editing Reels using Canva (or similar tools)
  • Has a strong understanding of spoken English, including Australian accents
  • Is organised, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Would like flexible, paid work alongside their creative practice or current job
  • Has some previous acting training 


About the role

  • Casual, paid position
  • Approx. 5–8 hours per week to start
  • Flexible hours
  • Remote work
  • Editing Reels, adding captions and text overlays
  • Light admin and social posting support
