This 8-Week Course is designed by Premier Acting Coach and Casting Director Peter Rasmussen to transform your on-screen performances.
Across the program, Peter will apply a range of advanced techniques to expand your range and guide you safely beyond your comfort zone, resulting in bold, engaging and memorable takes.
During Scene Work On Camera, Peter helps you develop a more dynamic, responsive and adaptable screen performance. Actors will learn to interpret direction effectively and under pressure, make stronger choices, and deliver work that connects truthfully on film.
Class sizes are capped to ensure a high level of individual attention and detailed feedback for every participant.

Scene Work On Camera - Brisbane Course Information
Suitability:
This course is suitable for intermediate actors with some previous training.
Peter's classes are for dedicated students of acting to safely and effectively grow their craft.
*Please note this course is not suitable for complete beginners.

About Peter:
Peter Rasmussen is one of Australia’s most respected acting coaches, known for his clear, practical teaching style and his ability to guide actors toward truthful, dynamic and emotionally grounded performances. With over 25 years of industry experience, Peter brings a wealth of knowledge from both his extensive coaching career and his ongoing work inside the casting room, giving actors rare insight into what genuinely works on camera..
Across his career, Peter has taught at leading institutions including Queensland University of Technology’s Fine Arts Program, Griffith Film School, Queensland Conservatorium’s Performing Arts Program, The Howard Fine School and the Melbourne Acting Academy.
Many of his students have gone on to book major roles in Australian and international film, television and theatre - a testament to his ability to unlock an actor’s potential and prepare them for real industry success.
